President
Oversees and coordinates the executive board; presides at board and association meetings; serves as official contact and representative; is an authorized signer; and connects families, school, and community to support student success.

Vice President
Works with the principal, PTA president, committee chairs, and student groups to plan and implement programs. Develops the annual program calendar, shares it with families, and coordinates volunteer recruitment.

Treasurer
Maintains financial records, pays authorized bills, prepares reports for board and association meetings and an annual financial report, and files required tax and compliance reports.

Secretary
Records minutes at board and association meetings and maintains PTA records and important documents for the next term.
